Setup > Lockbox Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to the lockbox file log and notification tabs.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Setup.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Lockbox:

• View: When selected, allows the user to view the file log and notification tabs.
• Add: When selected, allows the user to add a new notification setup.
• Modify: When selected, allows the user to edit an existing notification setup.
• Delete: When selected, allows the user to remove an entry in the file log tab or remove a notification setup from the notification tab.
• Import: When selected, allows the user to import files to Nexsure.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
